Why Try Therapy in Motion?
If you’ve tried traditional therapy but still feel stuck, you’re not alone.
Therapy in Motion uses light movement to get your heart rate up to prepare your body for healing conversations. By starting with gentle physical activity, your body enters a state that mirrors how trauma feels.
Then, as your body naturally calms, your mind begins to link difficult memories with a sense of safety and relief.
How It Works
1. Gentle Movement (5 minutes)
We’ll start with light exercise — like jogging in place, jumping jacks, or skipping — enough to feel warm and a little activated.
2. Talk Therapy in a New State
While your body shows safe stress signals, we begin exploring difficult memories or emotions.
3. Integration & Relief
As your body recovers and relaxes, your mind connects those challenging thoughts with calm instead of panic.

About Me
Ramona Saeedi, Registered Psychotherapist
“I was in a spin class when it happened. My heart was pounding and suddenly, tears were rolling down. I realized movement could unlock what my mind had been holding back. That moment inspired me to create Therapy in Motion, so others could safely access the same breakthroughs.”
