How much does each service cost?
Prices vary by service and package. To get a quote, you can contact us through our "Book Online" page or simply by contacting us through the website, email or Instagram.
How do I make payments?
Payments can be received via credit card or through e-transfer to ramonabcounsellingservices@gmail.com
How old do I have to be to get services?
To be able to receive counselling and services, you must be of the age of consent in your region. In Canada, that is 16 years old.
Where are you located?
Although we are based in Richmond Hill Ontario, for the well-being and convinence of our clients, all of our services, except for our first complimentary session which is offered on call, are offered online only.
Do you accept insurance?
Our services are not covered by OHIP. However, they are covered by most extended health benefits. Please check if your unique benefits package includes coverage for our services.
What is your cancellation policy?
Your appointment is reserved for you. Please ensure that you give us 48 hours notice before any cancellations or rescheduling. Otherwise, you will be charged the full fee.
